Pet Peeves: Let Me Tell You Them
  • Drivers who hesitate (or speed up in an exit lane just to bum you out when you're getting over, when they themselves are not exiting)
  • MP3s with the wrong tags. The Smiths are not the Cure, U2 is not Morrissey, DMX is not Mac Dre, Tone Loc is not Young MC, Cannibal Corpse is not Turbonegro (seriously?!), and it's not Desmond "Decker." I have been known to go through my friends' iTunes fixing file names. HAHA. Is that weird? They love it.
  • Voicemails that say "call me" (see previous rant)
  • Allergies! I freaking hate allergies!
  • Corporate red tape
  • Commas, in random places. Here's the key: read the sentence out loud and pause each time there is a comma. If it, sounds weird then you, probably do, not need that comma. I would honestly rather read a run-on sentence than read one that sounds like your inside voice has asthma.
